2024 Number Registration

Registration Fee is $75.00 for 350 Supers and Late Models, $50 for other div., enclose check payable to Star or send money to PayPal link at the bottom of this form. For checks: RETURN WITH CHECK MADE OUT TO: STAR SPEEDWAY, PO BOX 1150, EPPING NH 03042
A new form must be completed and signed at the start of each racing season. All sections must be completed in full, no pay-off without registration on file and signature
Pay-Off checks will be made out to the driver unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Drivers and owners in 350 Supers and Late Models must have a valid 2024 Star membership or no points will be awarded or checks distributed. No point fund money awarded. Just driver must hold license in all other divisions.
Drivers and Car Owners that finish in top 10 of year-end points must attend Awards Banquet in order to receive awards. Awards and or trophies will not be given to anyone other than owner and driver. Appropriate attire (ie; suit or shirt and tie) must be worn to awards banquet.

CONTRACT: I am independent contractor assuming all responsibility for money received as a result of my racing activities including but not limited to income tax, FICA, workmen’s Comp. and with holding taxes. I am not an employee or agent of the speedway.
BENEFITS: I agree that myself, my heirs and assigns will only be entitled to the benefits of the Competitor Accident Policy procured by the speedway for accidental injuries or death which are sustained in speedway activities. The foregoing constitutes the limits of liability of the speedway for such injuries incurred by me as a result of speedway events or activities.

ADVERTISING RELEASES: The undersigned consents to the use of his/her name, pictures of him/herself and his/her car for publicity, advertising and endorsements both before and after the events and relinquish any rights to photos taken in connection with events and consents to the publication of such photos as the speedway desires.

ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, including any alleged breach, shall be settled in accordance with the rules of Star Speedway, Bobby Webber Jr. Racing, Action Racing North East and Little Webb’s, Inc. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE RULES OF STAR SPEEDWAY, BOBBY WEBBER JR RACING, ACTION RACING NORTH EAST, INC. AND LITTLE WEBB’S, INC.

POINTS – I understand that if I do not have a transponder mounted on my car that I will not receive any points towards the 2024 racing season. I will not be credited with my finishing position and will receive only tow money until transponder is installed.
